Public Transport
If you are starting from the central area of Munich, take the U-Bahn (subway) line U2 from 'Sendlinger Tor' station towards 'Messestadt Ost'. Get off at 'Kreuzstraße' station. From there, exit the station and walk east towards 'Kreuzstraße'. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with 'Au'. Turn left onto 'Au' and walk straight until you reach the 'Kabelsteg' bridge, which will be on your right.
Walking
Starting from Marienplatz, walk east towards 'Tal' and then turn right onto 'Rindermarkt'. Continue walking until you reach 'Isartorplatz'. From there, cross the bridge over the Isar River. Once you cross the bridge, follow the path along the riverbank until you see the 'Kabelsteg' bridge on your left.
Tram
From the 'Odeonsplatz', take tram line 19 towards 'München, Sendlinger Tor'. Get off at 'St.-Anna-Platz'. From there, walk southeast along 'Lindenstraße' until you reach 'Au'. Turn left onto 'Au' and continue walking straight until you reach the 'Kabelsteg' bridge, which will be on your right.
