If you're near the central area of Munich, head to the nearest U-Bahn (subway) station. Take the U2 line towards Messestadt Ost or U7 line towards Neuperlach Süd. Get off at the station 'Sendlinger Tor'. From there, transfer to the U5 towards Neuperlach Süd and get off at 'Karlsplatz (Stachus)'. Exit the station and walk towards the Theresienstraße. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Marianne-von-Werefkin-Weg. The entrance to the Mineralogy Museum is at Theresienstraße 41, on your left.

If you are in the vicinity of the city center, you can walk to the Mineralogy Museum. Start from Marienplatz, head northwest on Dienerstraße towards Rindermarkt. Continue straight until you reach Sendlinger Tor. From there, turn left onto Theresienstraße. Walk straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Marianne-von-Werefkin-Weg. The museum entrance is located at Theresienstraße 41, right next to the intersection.
