Car
If you are driving from the town of St. Peter-Ording, head northeast on B202 towards Westerheversand. Continue on B202 for about 7 km. Follow the signs for 'Westerheversand Leuchtturm' as you approach the lighthouse. You will find a parking area near the lighthouse, where you can park your car. Note that there may be a small parking fee.
Public Transportation
To reach Westerheversand lighthouse via public transportation, take a train to the nearest station, which is in St. Peter-Ording. Once in St. Peter-Ording, you can catch a local bus (Line 2) towards 'Westerhever'. The bus will drop you off at a stop near the lighthouse. Be sure to check the bus schedule in advance, as services may be limited, especially on weekends.
Walking
If you prefer to walk after arriving by car or public transport, there are well-marked walking paths from the parking area or bus stop to the lighthouse. The walk is approximately 2 km and takes about 30 minutes. Be sure to wear appropriate footwear, as the paths can be uneven.
