Getting There

• Car

  If you're traveling by car, head towards Tönning, North Frisia. From the A23 highway, take the exit towards Tönning (Exit 12). Follow the B5 road towards Tönning. Once you reach Tönning, continue on Dithmarscher Str. and look for the Multimar Wattforum at Dithmarscher Str. 6a. There is parking available nearby, and parking fees may apply.

• Public Transportation

  For public transport, take a train to Tönning. From Hamburg or other major cities, you can catch a regional train to Husum. From Husum, switch to a regional bus (Line 1) towards Tönning. The bus will drop you off at the Tönning bus station. From there, it is a short 10-minute walk. Head east on Bahnhofstraße, then turn right onto Dithmarscher Str. The Multimar Wattforum will be on your left at Dithmarscher Str. 6a.

• Bicycle

  If you prefer cycling, there are several scenic bike routes leading to Tönning. From Husum, you can take the well-marked bike path along the coast. It takes approximately 30-40 minutes to reach Tönning by bike. Once in Tönning, follow Dithmarscher Str. to reach the Multimar Wattforum.

• Walking

  If you're already in Tönning, walking to the Multimar Wattforum is a pleasant option. From the town center, head east along Bahnhofstraße, continue straight until you reach Dithmarscher Str. Then turn right, and the Multimar Wattforum will be on your left at Dithmarscher Str. 6a.
