Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from Nuremberg Hauptbahnhof (main train station), exit the station and head towards Bahnhofstraße. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Karolinenstraße. Turn left onto Karolinenstraße and walk straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Neutorstraße. Turn left onto Neutorstraße, and you will see Bürgermeistergarten on your right after a short walk.

  • Public Transport

    From Nuremberg Hauptbahnhof, take tram line 4 (direction: Thon) or tram line 6 (direction: Flughafen). Get off at the stop 'Plärrer.' From there, transfer to tram line 9 (direction: Doku-Zentrum) and get off at 'Neutor.' Walk a short distance down Neutorstraße, and you will arrive at Bürgermeistergarten.

    If you are near the Nuremberg Castle, exit the castle grounds and head down towards the Burggarten. Once you reach the bottom, take the path leading to the entrance of the old city walls. Follow the wall towards Neutor and take a right onto Neutorstraße. Continue walking straight, and you will find Bürgermeistergarten on your left.
