Public Transport
If you are starting from Nuremberg Central Station (Hauptbahnhof), take U-Bahn line U1 (the blue line) in the direction of Fürth Jacobinenstraße. Get off at the next stop, 'Plärrer'. Transfer to U-Bahn line U2 (the red line) towards Röthenbach. Travel for one stop and get off at 'Nürnberg Hauptmarkt'. If you are near the Hauptmarkt, walk towards the Church of Our Lady (Frauenkirche). As you face the church, turn left onto Weißgerbergasse and continue walking. Follow this street until you reach the end of the street and turn right onto Egidienplatz. St. Egidien Church will be directly in front of you at Egidienpl. 12.
Tram
From Nuremberg Central Station, take tram line 8 (the yellow line) towards 'Hartmannshof'. Get off at the stop 'Egidienplatz'. The church will be just a short walk from the tram stop. Head straight to Egidienpl. 12, and you will see St. Egidien Church right there.
