Public Transport
From Nuremberg Central Station (Nürnberg Hauptbahnhof), take the U2 subway line towards Röthenbach. Get off at the stop 'Plärrer' (3 stops). At Plärrer, transfer to the tram line 8 towards Frankenstraße. Get off at 'Am Ölberg' (3 stops). After exiting the tram, walk straight ahead for about 400 meters until you reach Affenfelsen, located at Am Ölberg, 90403 Nürnberg.
Walking
If you are in the city center, start at the Hauptmarkt (the main market square). Head northeast towards Karolinenstraße, then turn left onto Königstraße. Continue straight until you reach Plärrer. From there, follow the public transport instructions above to get to Am Ölberg.
Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from one of the many rental stations in the city. From the main square, ride north on Königstraße, then turn left onto Bärenschanzstraße. Continue until you reach the river, then follow the cycle path along the Pegnitz River towards the north. Cross the bridge and follow the signs towards Am Ölberg. Affenfelsen will be on your right after about 3 kilometers.
