If you're driving, you can reach Heidelberg Tun from anywhere in Palatinate. Use the A65 or A6 motorways to get onto the A5 toward Heidelberg. Take exit 33-Heidelberg/Schwetzingen and follow the B535. Continue on B535, which will lead you directly into Heidelberg. Once in the city, look for signs directing you to the Altstadt (Old Town). Heidelberg Tun is located within the Heidelberg Castle complex at 69115 Heidelberg. There is parking available at the castle, but it may incur a cost of approximately €5-€10 for the day.
