Car
If you're traveling by car in Pomerania, head to the city of Sassnitz. From the center of Sassnitz, follow the signs towards Stubbenkammer. Drive along the B96 road, which will lead you directly to the entrance of Jasmund National Park. The exact address is Stubbenkammer 2a, 18546 Sassnitz. There is parking available near the park entrance, but please be mindful of any parking fees that may apply.
Public Transportation
To reach Jasmund National Park via public transportation, take a regional train to Sassnitz from major cities like Stralsund or Binz. The train station in Sassnitz is well-connected, and you can check train schedules on the Deutsche Bahn website. Once you arrive in Sassnitz, you can either walk (about 30 minutes) or take a local bus (Bus line 100) that goes directly to Stubbenkammer where the park entrance is located. Be sure to check the bus schedule for return times.
Walking from Sassnitz
If you prefer to walk from the center of Sassnitz to Jasmund National Park, start at the town square and head towards the coast. Follow the signs that direct you towards Stubbenkammer. The walk is approximately 2.5 kilometers and will take around 30-40 minutes. Enjoy the scenic views along the way, as the route takes you along the coastline.
