To reach Neuschwanstein Castle by car from Pomerania, start by getting onto the A1 motorway towards Hamburg. Continue on the A1 until you reach the junction for A7 towards Flensburg. Stay on A7 for approximately 500 km until you reach the exit for A95 towards Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Follow the A95 and then take the B2 to Füssen. From Füssen, follow the signs to Schwangau. The castle is located at Neuschwansteinstraße 20, 87645 Schwangau. There is parking available at the designated lot near the castle entrance, which usually incurs a fee of around €6 per day.

For those using public transportation, start by taking a train from Pomerania to Munich. Use the Deutsche Bahn website or app to find your nearest train station and book your ticket. Once in Munich, transfer to the regional train (RE) heading towards Füssen. This journey takes about 2 hours. Upon arriving in Füssen, you can take a local bus (Bus 78) to the castle.
