Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving from Pomerania to the Reichstag Building in Berlin, head south on the A11 motorway. Follow the signs for Berlin until you merge onto the A10, which is the Berliner Ring. Continue on the A10 and then take the A115 towards Berlin-Zentrum. Exit at Avus and continue straight onto the A100. Finally, take the exit towards Tiergarten and follow the signs to Platz der Republik. There are parking facilities available nearby, but be prepared to pay for parking.

• Train

  For those using public transportation, take a train from major towns in Pomerania, such as Szczecin or Gdańsk, to Berlin Hauptbahnhof (Berlin Central Station). Once you arrive at the station, you can either walk (approximately 20 minutes) to the Reichstag Building, or take the S-Bahn (S5, S7 or S75) towards Westkreuz, and get off at the Brandenburger Tor station. From there, it’s just a short walk to the Reichstag Building located at Platz der Republik 1.

• Bus

  If you prefer buses, companies like FlixBus offer services from various cities in Pomerania to Berlin. You will arrive at various bus terminals in Berlin, from which you can take local public transport (such as the U-Bahn or S-Bahn) to reach the Reichstag Building. The closest station is Brandenburger Tor, which is a short walk from the Reichstag.

• Taxi or Rideshare

  Once you are in Berlin, taxis and rideshare services like Uber are readily available. Simply input 'Reichstag Building' or its address, Platz der Republik 1, 11011 Berlin, into your app, and the driver will take you directly to the site. Be aware that fares may vary depending on traffic and time of day.
