    Public Transport

    From Potsdam Hauptbahnhof (Main Train Station), take the S7 train towards 'Ahrensfelde' or 'Berlin Hbf'. It should take about 25 minutes to reach Berlin Hauptbahnhof. Once you arrive at Berlin Hauptbahnhof, exit the train station and head towards the main exit. From there, you can walk to the Berlin State Opera. Walk straight out of the station onto 'Washingtonplatz', then turn left onto 'Friedrichstraße'. Continue straight until you reach 'Unter den Linden'. Turn right, and the Berlin State Opera will be on your left at Unter den Linden 7.

    Bus

    From Potsdam, catch bus number 606 from 'Potsdam, ZOB' (Central Bus Station) towards 'Berlin, S+U Spandau'. After about 30 minutes, you will arrive at 'Berlin, S+U Spandau'. Transfer here to the S-Bahn (S7) towards 'Ahrensfelde'. Get off at 'Berlin Hauptbahnhof'. Exit the station and walk towards 'Washingtonplatz', turn left onto 'Friedrichstraße', and then right onto 'Unter den Linden'. The Berlin State Opera will be on your left at Unter den Linden 7.

    Bicycle

    If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike in Potsdam. Start your ride from the city center and head towards the 'Glienicker Brücke' (Glienicke Bridge) which will take you into Berlin. Once in Berlin, follow the cycle paths along 'Havelchaussee' and 'Spandauer Damm' until you reach 'Unter den Linden'. Continue straight until you find the Berlin State Opera at Unter den Linden 7.
