Public Transportation
From Potsdam Central Station (Potsdam Hauptbahnhof), take the S7 train towards Ahrensfelde. Once you arrive at Berlin Friedrichstraße station, transfer to the S3, S5, S7, or S9 trains towards Spandau or Westkreuz. Get off at the next stop, which is Brandenburger Tor. From there, it's a short walk to the Gendarmenmarkt. Head southwest on Ebertstraße towards the square. The Konzerthaus Berlin will be on your left at Gendarmenmarkt 2.
Bus
From Potsdam, take Bus 606 from the Zentrale Omnibusbahnhof (ZOB) Potsdam towards Berlin. Get off at the stop 'S+U Potsdamer Platz'. From there, transfer to Bus M85 towards Berlin, S+U Alexanderplatz. Get off at the stop 'Französische Straße' and walk southeast for about 5 minutes to Gendarmenmarkt. The Konzerthaus Berlin is located at Gendarmenmarkt 2.
Train and Tram
From Potsdam Hauptbahnhof, take the RE1 train towards Berlin. Get off at the Berlin Hauptbahnhof (Berlin Central Station). From there, take tram line M5 towards Hönow. Alight at 'Stadtmitte' and walk for about 10 minutes towards Gendarmenmarkt. The Konzerthaus Berlin will be at Gendarmenmarkt 2 on your right.
Walking
If you are already in the central area of Potsdam, you can walk to the nearest S-Bahn station, which is Potsdam Charlottenhof. From there, take the S7 towards Ahrensfelde. Alight at Berlin Friedrichstraße, then walk towards the Gendarmenmarkt. The walk is approximately 1.5 km from Friedrichstraße and should take you around 15-20 minutes.
