Walking
If you're in Potsdam, start by heading to the Potsdam Hauptbahnhof (main train station). From there, take the S7 metro line towards Berlin. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the station 'Alexanderplatz'. From Alexanderplatz, you can either walk or take the U-Bahn (subway). If you choose to walk, exit the station and head towards the TV Tower. Continue straight onto Karl-Liebknecht-Straße, then turn left onto Spandauer Straße. Continue straight, and you will reach Nikolaikirchplatz, where St. Nicholas' Church Museum is located.
Public Transport
From Potsdam, make your way to the Potsdam Hauptbahnhof (main train station). Take the S7 line towards Berlin and get off at 'Alexanderplatz'. Once there, transfer to the U2 line (the blue line) and head towards 'Ruhleben'. Get off at 'Stadtmitte' station. From Stadtmitte, it's a short walk: exit the station and head east on Friedrichstraße. Turn right onto Unter den Linden, then right onto Nikolaikirchplatz. The St. Nicholas' Church Museum will be on your left.
Biking
For a more adventurous route, you can rent a bike in Potsdam. Start at the main train station and head north towards the Havel River. Follow the riverside path towards Berlin, which will eventually lead you to the city. Once you reach Berlin, follow the signs to the city center and make your way to Nikolaikirchplatz. This scenic ride should take about an hour depending on your speed.
