Public Transport
From Potsdam main train station (Potsdam Hauptbahnhof), take the regional train (RE1) towards Magdeburg. Get off at Berlin Alexanderplatz station, which is approximately a 30-minute ride. Once you arrive at Alexanderplatz, follow the signs to the exit, and you will find the World Time Clock (Weltzeituhr) located just outside the station, directly in the square.
Bus
From Potsdam, take bus line 605 towards Berlin. Get off at the 'S Potsdam Griebnitzsee' stop. From there, transfer to the S-Bahn line S7 towards Ahrensfelde and get off at Alexanderplatz station. The World Time Clock is located just outside the station in Alexanderplatz square.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike in Potsdam. Head towards the city center and follow the signs for the Berlin bike path. The ride to Alexanderplatz will take approximately 50 minutes. Once you arrive at Alexanderplatz, you will find the World Time Clock situated in the square in front of the station.
Walking
For those who enjoy walking, it is feasible but quite a long distance (about 30 km) from Potsdam to Berlin. Start at the city center of Potsdam, walk towards the Glienicke Bridge (Glienicker Brücke), cross into Berlin, and continue straight to Alexanderplatz. This will take several hours and is best suited for experienced walkers.
