From Potsdam central station (Potsdam Hauptbahnhof), take the S7 train towards Berlin. Get off at the Friedrichstraße station (around 30 minutes). At Friedrichstraße, transfer to the U6 subway line towards Alt-Tegel. Get off at the Bernauer Straße station, which is about 5 stops away. Exit the station and walk north on Bernauer Straße for about 10 minutes. The Berlin Wall Memorial will be on your left at Bernauer Str. 111.

From the Potsdam city center (Brandenburger Tor), walk to the nearby bus stop 'Potsdam, Brandenburger Tor'. Take bus line 605 towards Berlin, S+U Spandau. After about 30 minutes, get off at the 'U Bernauer Str.' stop. From there, walk south for about 5 minutes along Bernauer Straße, and you will reach the Berlin Wall Memorial at Bernauer Str. 111.
