  • Public Transport

    Start at Potsdam Hauptbahnhof (the main train station). From there, take the S7 train towards Ahrensfelde Bhf. Get off at Berlin Friedrichstraße station. Once you arrive at Friedrichstraße, exit the station and head south on Friedrichstraße. Continue walking for about 400 meters (approximately 5 minutes) until you reach Checkpoint Charlie, located at Friedrichstraße 43-45.

  • Bus

    Begin your journey at Potsdam Hauptbahnhof. Look for the bus stop near the station and take bus 606 towards S+U Potsdam Hauptbahnhof. Get off at the stop 'S+U Berlin Alexanderplatz'. From there, transfer to the U-Bahn (subway) line U6 towards Alt-Tegel. Get off at Friedrichstraße station. Exit the station and walk south on Friedrichstraße for about 400 meters (approximately 5 minutes) to reach Checkpoint Charlie at Friedrichstraße 43-45.

    If you prefer to walk, start from the center of Potsdam. Head towards the S-Bahn station at Potsdam Hauptbahnhof. The walk will take approximately 30 minutes. Walk to the north towards the S-Bahn station and follow the signs to catch the S7 train to Berlin. Once in Berlin, follow the public transport directions to Friedrichstraße to reach Checkpoint Charlie.
