If you are traveling by car, start by heading towards Lenzen (Elbe) from your current location in Prignitz. Use the B189 road and follow the signs towards Lenzen. Once you reach Lenzen, continue on Karstädter Str. for about 2 km. The Mellen dolmen will be located on the right side at Karstädter Str. 18, 19309 Lenzen (Elbe). There is parking available along the roadside.

To reach Mellen dolmen by public transportation, first take a regional train from your nearest station to Lenzen (Elbe). After arriving at the Lenzen train station, exit the station and head towards the bus stop. Take bus line 570 towards Karstädt and get off at the 'Karstädt, Mellen' stop. From there, it's a 15-minute walk to the dolmen. Follow the road south on Karstädter Str. for approximately 1.5 km until you reach the dolmen at Karstädter Str. 18.
