Bus
From Rostock city center, walk to the Rostock Central Station (Hauptbahnhof). Take the RE (Regional Express) train towards Wismar. The train ride takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Wismar station, exit the station and head towards the bus stop located just outside. Take the bus number 1 or 2 towards 'Wismar ZOB' and get off at 'St.-Georgen-Kirchhof'. The St.-Georgen-Kirche will be a short walk from the bus stop.
Train
Start at Rostock Central Station (Hauptbahnhof). Board the RE (Regional Express) train bound for Wismar. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Wismar station, exit the station. From here, you can either walk to St.-Georgen-Kirche, which takes about 15 minutes, or take a local bus (number 1 or 2) to 'St.-Georgen-Kirchhof' stop.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike in Rostock. Head to the bike rental shops near the city center. Once you have a bike, follow the signs leading to the 'Ostsee' (Baltic Sea) cycle route. This scenic route will take you directly to Wismar. Upon entering Wismar, follow the signs for the city center and then for St.-Georgen-Kirche, which is located at St.-Georgen-Kirchhof.
Walking
If you are up for a longer trek, you can walk to the Wismar by following the scenic routes along the coast. Start from Rostock and make your way along the coastal paths heading north until you reach Wismar. This will take several hours, so ensure you have enough time and wear comfortable shoes.
