Public Transport (Bus)
If you are in the city center near the Rostock Hauptbahnhof (main train station), head to the bus stop located just outside the station. Take bus line 20 towards 'Dierkower Kreuz'. Stay on the bus for approximately 20 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Zoo Rostock'. From there, follow the signs to the Darwineum, which is located within the Rostock Zoo. It is a short walk of about 5 minutes.

From the city center, locate the tram station 'Rostock, Doberaner Platz'. Take tram line 1 or 2 towards 'Hochschule'. After 5 stops, get off at 'Rostock, Zoo'. Walk about 10 minutes to reach Darwineum, which is situated in the Rostock Zoo. Follow the signs directing you towards the zoo entrance.
Walking
If you are already in the nearby area, you can walk to Darwineum. From the city center, head towards the 'Ihlenfelder Allee'. Continue straight until you reach 'Stadionstraße'. Turn right on 'Stadionstraße' and follow it. After about 15 minutes of walking, you will arrive at the entrance of Rostock Zoo where Darwineum is located.
