Public Transport
If you are starting from Rostock's main train station (Hauptbahnhof), exit the station and head to the tram stop located right outside. Take tram line 1 or 2 towards 'Rostock - Dierkower Kreuz' or 'Rostock - Lütten Klein'. Stay on the tram for about 5 stops and get off at 'Blücherstraße'. Once you exit the tram, walk straight along Blücherstraße for approximately 400 meters. The Wasserturm will be on your left, identifiable by its distinctive tower.

If you prefer to walk from the city center (Neuer Markt), start by heading east on Kröpeliner Straße, a popular shopping street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Blücherstraße. Turn right onto Blücherstraße and walk for about 800 meters. You will pass several shops and cafes on your way. The Wasserturm will be on your right side as you approach.
