Car
If you are driving, head towards Sassnitz via the B196 or B95 roads. Upon entering Sassnitz, follow the signs directing you towards the harbor area (Hafen). You will want to park at one of the designated parking areas near the Ostmole, as this is where the Leuchtturm Sassnitz is located. Parking may incur a fee, usually between €1 and €2 per hour. Once parked, it's a short walk to the lighthouse.

Public Transportation
From various towns in Rügen, you can take a regional train (RE or RB line) to Sassnitz. Once you arrive at Sassnitz train station, you can catch bus line 20 or 21, which will take you to the harbor area. You should disembark at the 'Ostmole' stop. The bus fare is approximately €2.50 one way. After getting off, walk towards the waterfront, and you will find Leuchtturm Sassnitz easily.

If you are already in the Sassnitz town center, you can easily walk to the Leuchtturm. Head towards the coastline and follow the paths leading to the harbor. It is about a 15-20 minute walk from the main square (Marktplatz) in Sassnitz to the Ostmole where the lighthouse is located.
