    From Gelsenkirchen, take the A52 and merge onto the A40 towards Düsseldorf. Follow the A40 for about 35 kilometers. Take exit 30-Düsseldorf-Hafen towards B7. Continue on B7 for about 3 kilometers, then turn right onto Girardetstraße. The bridge will be straight ahead.
