If you're driving from central Ruhr, take the A52 motorway heading towards Düsseldorf. Merge onto the A44 towards Düsseldorf and then take exit 30 towards Düsseldorf-Kaiserswerth. Follow the signs for Kaiserswerth, and continue on Burgallee until you reach Kaiserpfalz Kaiserswerth at Burgallee, 40489 Düsseldorf. There are parking facilities nearby, but be aware that parking fees may apply.
