Upon entering Dresden, follow signs for 'Altstadt' (Old Town). There is street parking available near the Zwinger, but it can be limited, so be prepared to walk a bit from your parking spot.     If you prefer public transportation, take a regional train to Dresden Hauptbahnhof (main train station). From there, exit the station and head to the tram stop located just outside.
