After approximately 5 kilometers, turn left onto a small road that leads into the Sauenmoor area. Look for signs indicating Sauenmoor as you approach. There is usually free parking available near the entrance.
Public Transportation
To reach Sauenmoor using public transportation, take a regional train from Berlin to Lübbenau. The train journey takes about 1.5 hours. Once you arrive in Lübbenau, exit the train station and catch Bus 464 towards Boblitz. The bus ride will take approximately 15 minutes. You will need to pay for a bus ticket, which typically costs around €2.50. Get off at the Boblitz stop, and from there, Sauenmoor is just a short 10-minute walk. Follow the signs towards Sauenmoor as you make your way through the scenic countryside.
Bicycle
For those who enjoy cycling, you can rent a bike in Lübbenau and take a scenic ride to Sauenmoor. Follow the designated bike paths that lead out of Lübbenau, heading towards Boblitz. The journey is approximately 7 kilometers and offers beautiful views of the Spreewald landscape. Make sure to wear a helmet and bring some water for your ride.
