Getting There

Walking
If you are in the city center, start by heading towards the main train station, Stuttgart Hauptbahnhof (Hbf). Once you reach the station, exit and walk towards the Königstraße, the main pedestrian shopping street. Continue straight along Königstraße until you reach the large square at Schlossplatz. From Schlossplatz, look for the entrance to the park on the eastern side of the square, which will lead you into the Unterer Schlossgarten. The park is just a short walk from here, and you will see signs directing you towards it.

Public Transport - U-Bahn
If you prefer to take public transport, you can catch the U-Bahn (subway) from various locations in Stuttgart. Board the U6 or U7 line at any nearby U-Bahn station heading towards the 'Filderstadt' or 'Leinfelden' direction. Get off at the 'Schlossplatz' station. Once you exit the station, you will be in the heart of Stuttgart. Walk towards Schlossplatz, and you will find the entrance to the Unterer Schlossgarten on the eastern side of the square.

For those near a bus stop, you can take bus number 42 or 44. Get on the bus in the direction of 'Büsnau' (for 42) or 'Schnarrenberg' (for 44). Disembark at the 'Schlossplatz' stop. This stop places you right in front of Schlossplatz. From there, walk towards the eastern edge of the square where you will find the entrance to Unterer Schlossgarten.
