Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from Würzburg's city center, head towards the main train station (Würzburg Hauptbahnhof). From the station, exit to the main square (Bahnhofplatz) and take the bus line 14 towards Zellerau. Get off at the 'Höchberger Str. / Zellerau' stop. From there, walk down Höchberger Str., and you will find the Japanese Garden located at Höchberger Str. 10, which is just a few minutes on foot.

    From the Juliusspital area or the Old Main Bridge (Alte Mainbrücke), walk to the bus stop 'Juliusspital' and catch bus line 14 towards Zellerau. After about 15 minutes, get off at 'Höchberger Str. / Zellerau'. The Japanese Garden is a short 5-minute walk along Höchberger Str. 10.
