Walking
If you are starting from the Würzburg Residenz, exit the Residenz and head towards the main road, Residenzplatz. From there, turn right onto Bismarckstraße. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Julius-von-Sachs-Platz. Turn left onto Julius-von-Sachs-Platz, and you will find the Botanical Garden on your right side, at Julius-von-Sachs-Platz 4.
Public Transport
If you are near Würzburg Hauptbahnhof (main train station), take tram line 1 or 3 towards 'Zellerau' or 'Grombühl'. Get off at the 'Botanischer Garten' stop. From there, it's just a short walk to the Botanical Garden. Head straight along the path leading to the garden entrance, which is located at Julius-von-Sachs-Platz 4.
Walking
If you are at the Marktplatz, walk towards the Cathedral (Dom) and continue straight until you reach the Old Main Bridge (Alte Mainbrücke). Cross the bridge and take a left onto Mainaustraße. Follow Mainaustraße until you reach the intersection with Julius-von-Sachs-Platz. Turn right, and the Botanical Garden will be on your left side at Julius-von-Sachs-Platz 4.
