Car
From Garmisch-Partenkirchen, drive towards Zugspitze via the B2 road. Follow the signs for the Zugspitzbahn and park at the Eibsee parking lot (fee required, approximately €6 for the day). From there, take the Eibsee cable car up to the Zugspitze summit station.
Cable Car
After reaching the Zugspitze summit station, follow the signs to the Schneefernerhaus. It's a short walk (about 10-15 minutes) along the marked path. The views along the way are stunning, so take your time and enjoy the scenery.
Public Transportation
Take the train from Garmisch-Partenkirchen to the Zugspitzbahn station. From there, purchase a ticket for the Eibsee cable car. After ascending, walk towards Schneefernerhaus, which is approximately a 10-15 minute walk from the summit station.
