Car
If you are driving, head towards Kumasi on the main road. From any location in the Ahafo Region, follow the signposts that direct you to Kumasi. Once you enter Kumasi, look for Victoria Opoku Ware Street. Rattray Park is located on this street. Ensure to use a GPS device or a navigation app for real-time directions. Parking is usually available near the entrance of the park. Please note that there is an entry fee of 10 Ghana cedis per person.
Public Transportation
To reach Rattray Park via public transport, you can take a trotro or a bus from your location in the Ahafo Region to Kumasi. Look for vehicles heading towards Kumasi. Once you arrive at the Kumasi central bus terminal, you can take a taxi to Rattray Park. Inform the taxi driver to take you to Victoria Opoku Ware Street. The fare for the taxi ride should be around 10-20 Ghana cedis, depending on the distance. Remember to carry cash for the entry fee of 10 Ghana cedis per person at the park.
