    From any location in Ahanta, head towards the main road leading to Takoradi. Follow the road until you reach the junction at Shama. Turn left at the junction onto Abuesi Compound Beach Road. Continue straight for about 3 kilometers, and you will see the Abuesi Beach Resort on your right. Make sure to keep an eye out for the sign indicating the resort.

  • Public Transportation (Tro-Tro)

    Find a tro-tro station in Ahanta that services the Takoradi route. Board a tro-tro heading to Takoradi. Inform the driver that you wish to get off at Shama. The fare is typically around 1 to 2 GHS (Ghanaian Cedis). Once you arrive in Shama, you can either take a motorcycle taxi (okada) or walk towards Abuesi Compound Beach Road. If you choose the motorcycle taxi, the fare should be around 5 GHS. Continue along Abuesi Compound Beach Road for about 3 kilometers until you reach the resort.

    If you are already in Ahanta and prefer a quicker option, you can hire a motorcycle taxi directly to Abuesi Beach Resort. Ask for the fare before you start your journey; it should be around 10-15 GHS depending on your starting point in Ahanta. The driver will take you directly to the resort.
