    From Agona Nkwanta, the nearest major town, a taxi or ride-share is the most convenient way to reach Akwidaa Inn. Taxis are readily available at the Agona Nkwanta trotro station or market. Negotiate the fare before starting your journey. The ride takes approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour, following the main road towards Dixcove and then turning onto the Akwidaa Old Town Road. The inn is located on Dixcove-Akwidaa Old Town Rd, Akwidaa. Expect to pay between GHS 80-120 for the taxi ride, depending on your bargaining skills and the time of day.

    From Takoradi, take a 'tro tro' (shared minibus) to Agona Nkwanta. These are readily available from the Takoradi main station (near the Market Circle). The journey to Agona Nkwanta takes about 45 minutes to 1 hour and costs approximately GHS 5-10. From Agona Nkwanta, transfer to another tro tro heading towards Akwidaa. Note that these tro tros are less frequent, especially in the late afternoon. The tro drops you off at Akwidaa junction, from where you can take a short taxi or walk (approximately 20 minutes) to Akwidaa Inn. The taxi from the junction should cost around GHS 10-20.
