If you are traveling by car from Ahanta, head towards the main road leading out of Ahanta. Follow the signs towards Cape Coast. The drive is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on traffic. As you approach Cape Coast, look for signs for Victoria Road. Once you reach Victoria Road, follow it until you see Cape Coast Castle on your left. There is parking available near the castle, but it may incur a small fee.

To reach Cape Coast Castle via public transport, take a tro-tro (shared minibus) from any main terminal in Ahanta heading to Cape Coast. The fare is usually around 5-10 GHS. The journey will take about 2 to 2.5 hours. Once you arrive at the Cape Coast tro-tro station, you can either walk or take a taxi to Victoria Road. Walking will take about 15-20 minutes.
