If you are driving from Kumasi, take the N6 highway towards Accra. After approximately 80 km, exit at the Berekuso junction. Continue on the road until you reach Berekuso town. Use a GPS or map app to navigate to the coordinates 5.7459, -0.2191, which will lead you to Frederiksgave. Ensure you have a local SIM card for data access to help with navigation. Parking is available near the attraction.
Public Transportation (Tro-tro)
From Kumasi, head to the main bus terminal and board a tro-tro heading to Accra. Inform the driver or conductor that you want to stop at Berekuso. The fare is usually around 10-15 GHS. Once you reach Berekuso, you can either walk to Frederiksgave, which is about a 20-minute walk, or hire a local taxi for a small fee (around 5-10 GHS) for a more direct route.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct route, you can hire a taxi from any major town in the Ashanti Region. Simply negotiate the fare beforehand, typically between 50-80 GHS depending on distance and negotiation skills. Provide the driver with the address PQWJ+99F, Berekuso, and they will take you directly to Frederiksgave. It's advisable to use a ride-hailing app if available for a more reliable service.
