If you're traveling by car, start from Kumasi, the capital of the Ashanti Region. Head east on the Nkawkaw Road (N6) towards Kwahu. After approximately 60 kilometers, you will reach the town of Nkawkaw. Continue through Nkawkaw, following the signs to Atibie. After about 15 kilometers, you will see signs directing you to Odweanoma Paragliding Field. The final stretch is a gravel road leading up to the paragliding site, which is located at H6GP+CWR, Kwahu, Atibie. Make sure to drive carefully on the gravel road, as it may be bumpy.

Public Transportation
To reach Odweanoma Paragliding Field using public transport, take a bus or shared taxi from Kumasi to Nkawkaw. The buses leave frequently from the Kumasi Central Bus Station. Once you arrive in Nkawkaw, you can take a shared taxi to Atibie. Be sure to inform the taxi driver that your destination is the paragliding field, as they may be familiar with it. The taxi fare will cost around 5-10 GHS. Upon reaching Atibie, you may need to walk or hire a local motorbike taxi (okada) for the remaining distance to the paragliding field, which is approximately 5 kilometers away.

If you're already in Atibie and looking to reach the Odweanoma Paragliding Field, consider hiring a local motorbike taxi (okada). You can find them near the main market or along the roadside. Agree on a fare before the ride, which should not exceed 10 GHS. The ride will take approximately 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic and road conditions. The motorbike taxi will drop you off right at the entrance of the paragliding field.
