If you're traveling by car from any location in Brong-Ahafo, head towards Kumasi. Use the N6 road, which connects Brong-Ahafo to Kumasi. Follow the signs to Kumasi and once in the city, look for the signs to Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). The botanical garden is located within the university campus. Parking is available at the university, but be sure to check for any parking fees that may apply.

To reach KNUST Botanical Garden using public transportation, you can take a trotro (shared minibus) or bus from major stations in Brong-Ahafo heading towards Kumasi. Ask the driver to drop you off at the KNUST main gate. From the main gate, you can either walk to the botanical garden, which is approximately a 15-20 minute walk, or take a taxi for a small fee (around GHS 5-10 depending on negotiation).
