Walking
Start from the Cape Coast Castle, which is a popular landmark in Cape Coast. Exit the castle and head southeast towards the main street (Esiama Road). Continue walking straight until you reach the junction with Unnamed Road. Turn left onto Unnamed Road. Keep walking along this road; Bonkus Park should be on your right after about a 10-15 minute walk. Look for signage or local residents for further directions if needed.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Cape Coast. Start at the Cape Coast Beach and cycle along the coast heading east. Once you reach the main road (Esiama Road), turn left and continue pedaling. Keep an eye out for Unnamed Road on your right. Turn right onto Unnamed Road and continue straight until you see Bonkus Park on your right. The ride should take about 15-20 minutes depending on your speed.
Public Transport (Trotro)
From the Cape Coast main market, locate the trotro station. Board a trotro heading towards Abura or any direction that passes through Esiama Road. Inform the driver or a conductor of your destination, Bonkus Park. Get off at the junction where Unnamed Road intersects with Esiama Road. From there, walk along Unnamed Road for about 5-10 minutes, and you will find Bonkus Park on your right.
