Walking
If you are starting from the Cape Coast Central Market, exit the market and head east towards Market St. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Victoria Rd. Turn left onto Victoria Rd, and follow it for about 1.5 kilometers. You will see the Cape Coast Castle on your right-hand side. The walk should take approximately 20-25 minutes.
Walking
From the Cape Coast Bus Station, exit the station and head southeast on Mfantsipim Rd. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Victoria Rd. Turn left onto Victoria Rd and walk for about 1 kilometer. The Cape Coast Castle will be on your right. This route will take around 15-20 minutes.
Walking
If you are at the Elmina Castle, head north on the main road (Elmina-Cape Coast Rd) for about 8 kilometers. After reaching the roundabout, continue straight towards Cape Coast. Once you arrive at Victoria Rd, turn right and you will find Cape Coast Castle on your left side. This walk will take approximately 1.5 hours, so be prepared for a longer trek.
Bicycle
If you have rented a bicycle, start from the Cape Coast Central Market and head east on Market St. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Victoria Rd. Turn left and ride along Victoria Rd for about 1.5 kilometers. The Cape Coast Castle will be on your right. The ride will take about 10-15 minutes at a leisurely pace.
