Walking
If you are starting from the Cape Coast Castle, head east along the main road (Castle Road) towards the Cape Coast Sports Stadium. Continue straight until you reach the traffic lights at the junction with Mfantsipim Road. Turn left onto Mfantsipim Road. Walk for about 10 minutes; you will pass several local shops and cafes. When you reach the next major intersection, turn right onto the road leading to the University of Cape Coast. Follow the signs for the university and continue walking for approximately 20 minutes. The UCC Botanical Garden entrance will be on your left, right after you pass the main university gate.
Walking
Starting at the Cape Coast Market, exit the market and head towards the main road. Cross over to the opposite side of the street and walk towards the direction of the Cape Coast Castle. After about 5 minutes, you will reach the junction with Castle Road. Turn left and continue straight until you hit the traffic lights. At the traffic lights, turn right onto Mfantsipim Road and continue as described in the previous option.
Walking
If you are coming from the Cape Coast Bus Station, exit the station and head southeast towards the main road. Turn left on the main road and walk for about 15 minutes until you reach the traffic lights. At the traffic lights, turn right onto Mfantsipim Road. From there, follow the same directions as above to reach the UCC Botanical Garden.
