If you are starting from the Cape Coast Castle, exit the castle grounds and head south towards the main road, which is called Bypass Road. Once you reach the main road, turn left and continue walking for about 500 meters until you reach a junction. At the junction, take a right onto Beulah Road. Continue walking straight for approximately 300 meters. Global Mamas Cultural Workshops will be on your left at 20 Beulah Rd.
