To reach Cape Coast Castle from Krachi by car, start by driving south on the N28 road towards Kintampo. After approximately 75 km, you will reach the junction at Kintampo. Take the exit for the N10 road towards Kumasi. Continue on the N10 for about 90 km until you reach the city of Kumasi. From Kumasi, follow the signs to the N6 road heading towards Cape Coast. This road will lead you directly to Cape Coast after around 150 km. Once in Cape Coast, look for Victoria Road; the castle is located on this road. The total journey will take approximately 4-5 hours depending on traffic conditions. Ensure to keep some cash on hand for fuel and possible tolls along the way.
