If you're traveling by car, start from the center of Ga-Adangbe and head southwest towards the N1 highway. Merge onto the N1 and continue driving for approximately 40 kilometers. Take the exit towards Butre and follow the signs to Fort Batenstein. The fort is located at R3FM+P48, Butre, which will be on your left as you approach the coastal area.

For public transport, you can take a trotro (shared minibus) from Ga-Adangbe to the nearest town with connectivity to Butre. Look for a trotro heading towards Takoradi and ask the driver to drop you off at the junction to Butre. The fare will typically be around 5 GHS. Once you reach the junction, you can either walk or take a local taxi to Fort Batenstein. The taxi ride will cost about 20 GHS and should take around 10 minutes.
