Continue on this road for about 15 kilometers until you reach the town of Cape Coast. From there, navigate to the coordinates 4PW8+33F on your GPS or Google Maps. This location is centrally located in Cape Coast and is well-signposted once you're in the town.

Public Transportation

To reach Kakumdo via public transport, start from the Kakum National Park entrance and walk to the nearest bus stop. You can take a trotro (shared minibus) heading towards Cape Coast. The fare is typically around 2-5 GHS. Once you arrive in Cape Coast, get off at the main bus terminal. From there, you can either take a taxi or walk to the coordinates 4PW8+33F. If you opt for a taxi, it should cost around 10-15 GHS depending on your negotiation skills.

Walking

If you're feeling adventurous and are already in the vicinity of Kakum National Park, you can walk to Kakumdo. Head southeast towards the main road, then follow the road signs towards Cape Coast. It's a distance of approximately 10 kilometers, so be prepared for a long walk, and make sure to carry enough water and wear comfortable shoes.
