Getting There

Walking
From the center of Koforidua, head towards the main bus station known as 'Koforidua Station'. You will find it on the eastern side of the town. Once there, look for a trotro (shared minibus) heading to Aburi. The fare will be minimal, usually around 2-3 GHS. Board the trotro and inform the driver that you are going to Aburi Crafts Village. The journey will take approximately 30-45 minutes, depending on traffic. The trotro will drop you off at a junction in Aburi. From there, walk towards the direction of the Aburi Botanical Gardens, which is a well-known landmark. Continue walking straight until you reach a sign directing you to the Aburi Crafts Village, which will be on your left. The Crafts Village is a short walk from the junction.

Bicycle
If you prefer to cycle, rent a bicycle in Koforidua. Start from the town center and head towards the main road leading to Aburi. Follow the same route as the trotros. The ride will take about 1-1.5 hours, depending on your speed. Ensure you follow the road signs towards Aburi. As you approach Aburi, look out for the same junction where trotros drop passengers. Upon reaching the junction, follow the path towards the Aburi Botanical Gardens, and you will find the Crafts Village nearby.
