Getting There

    Start at the Koforidua Central Market. From the market, head south on the main road (Nsutam Road) for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the junction with the Aburi Road. Turn left onto Aburi Road and continue walking. After about 2 kilometers, you will reach a bus stop. Look for a shared taxi heading to Aburi. Once on the taxi, inform the driver you want to go to Aburi Prayer Mountains. The taxi will drop you off along Unnamed Road near the entrance. From there, it’s a short walk to the prayer mountains.

  • Public Transport (Taxi)

    From your location in Koforidua, find a taxi that is heading towards Aburi. You can catch a taxi near the Koforidua Central Market or other busy areas. Make sure to tell the driver you are going to Aburi Prayer Mountains. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. The taxi will drop you off on Unnamed Road, close to the entrance of the prayer mountains. From there, it’s a short walk to the main area of the retreat center.

    Begin your journey at the Koforidua Central Bus Station. Take a shared taxi heading to Aburi. After about 30 minutes ride, ask the driver to drop you off at the junction of Unnamed Road. Once you exit the taxi, walk down Unnamed Road for about 15 minutes, and you will reach the entrance of Aburi Prayer Mountains.
