Walking
From the center of Koforidua, head towards the main street, Nkurakan Road. Continue straight until you reach the junction with the Akyem Road. Turn left onto Akyem Road and walk for about 1.5 kilometers. You will pass several local shops and eateries along the way, which can be good places to grab a snack or ask for directions. After about 20 minutes of walking, you will reach a fork in the road. Take the right fork, which leads you to Adukrom. Continue on this road for approximately 1 kilometer until you see signs for Asenema Waterfalls. The trailhead to the waterfalls will be on your right.
Taxi
From Koforidua, you can take a local taxi to Adukrom. Head to the nearest taxi park, usually located close to the central market. Inform the taxi driver that you want to go to Asenema Waterfalls in Adukrom. The ride should take about 20 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you arrive in Adukrom, you may need to walk about 10 minutes from the main road to the entrance of Asenema Waterfalls. Look for local signs or ask locals for the waterfalls if you're unsure of the exact path.
Bicycle
If you're feeling adventurous, you can rent a bicycle in Koforidua. Start from the town center and head towards Nkurakan Road. Follow the same route as walking, cycling along Akyem Road. After about 3 kilometers, you'll reach the junction where you take the right fork. Continue cycling for about 1 kilometer until you reach the trailhead for Asenema Waterfalls. The ride is scenic, so enjoy the views of the surrounding landscape!
