Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from the Kumasi Central Market, head southeast on Adum Road. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the Oforikrom Road. Turn left onto Oforikrom Road and walk for about 15 minutes. You will see the signs for Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). Enter the university campus and follow the signs directing you towards the Physics Garden, which is located near the MCFM+JGJ area within the campus.

  • Walking

    From the Manhyia Palace, head north on Manhyia Road for about 1 kilometer until you reach the main junction at the Kwame Nkrumah University gate. Once you reach the university, walk straight through the entrance and continue following the main path. After about 10 minutes, look for signs to the Physics Garden, which will be on your right.

  • Walking

    If you are near the Kejetia Market, exit the market and head west on the Kejetia Road. Walk for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the Oforikrom Road junction. Turn right onto Oforikrom Road and continue until you enter the KNUST gate. Inside the campus, follow the signs to the Physics Garden located at MCFM+JGJ.

  • Public Transport (Trotro)

    Catch a trotro heading to Oforikrom from any major bus stop in Kumasi. Inform the driver that you are going to KNUST. The trotro will drop you off at the main gate of the university. From there, walk towards the center of the campus, following the signs to Physics Garden. It is a short walk of about 10 minutes once you are inside the campus.
