Walking
If you are at the Kumasi Central Market, exit the market area and head north towards the main road (Kumasi - Accra Road). Once you reach the road, turn left (west) and walk straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the Sofoline Interchange, which will be on your right side. Look for the large sign indicating the interchange as you approach.
Public Transport (Trotro)
From the Kumasi Central Market, look for a trotro heading towards Kwadaso or Sofoline. Board the trotro and inform the conductor you are going to Sofoline Interchange. The ride should take approximately 15-20 minutes. Get off at the stop where you see the Sofoline Interchange sign. It is a prominent landmark, so it should be easy to spot.
Bicycle Rental
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from any local rental shop near the Kumasi Central Market. Start by heading towards the main road (Kumasi - Accra Road). Cycle west for about 1.5 kilometers. The Sofoline Interchange will be on your right side. Ensure to follow traffic rules and be cautious of the vehicles.
Motorbike Taxi (Okada)
You can hire a motorbike taxi from almost any location in Kumasi. Simply signal for an Okada, and tell the rider you want to go to Sofoline Interchange. This method is faster and will take about 10 minutes, depending on traffic. Ensure you wear a helmet for safety.
