From the center of Bantama, head northwest on Bantama High Street towards the Kumasi Central Market. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection at Mampong Road. Turn left onto Mampong Road and walk for approximately 500 meters until you see Sofoline Interchange on your right. This route is straightforward and offers a glimpse of local life along the way.
Tro-Tro (Shared Minibus)
If you prefer to take public transport, look for a tro-tro heading towards Kwadaso or Sofoline. Board at any tro-tro station in Bantama, such as the one near Bantama High Street. The fare is typically around 2 to 5 GHS. Inform the driver that you are going to Sofoline Interchange. The journey will take approximately 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you arrive, disembark at Sofoline Interchange, which is well-known and the driver will help direct you.
Motorcycle Taxi (Okada)
For a quicker option, consider taking an Okada. These motorcycle taxis are readily available in Bantama. Negotiate the fare before starting; it usually costs about 10 to 15 GHS. Get on the motorcycle and ask the rider to take you to Sofoline Interchange. The ride will be fast and should take around 5-10 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.
